At Monte Carlo, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Monte Carlo account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original brand tags and packaging intact for a successful quality inspection.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return package at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
